ಗೋ ಕಳ್ಳತನ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಬಯಲು: ಭಟ್ಕಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಆರೋಪಿ ಬಂಧನ

ಭಟ್ಕಳ: ನಗರ ಠಾಣೆ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ನಡೆಸಿದ ಕ್ಷೀಪ್ರ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಗೋ ಕಳ್ಳತನ ಪ್ರಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಅರೋಪಿಗಳನ್ನ ಬಂಧಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಬಂಧಿತ ಗೋ ಕಳ್ಳರು ಪುರವರ್ಗ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳಾದ ರೆಹಾನ್ (28) ಮತ್ತು ಫೈಜಾನ್ (25) ಎಂದು ಗುರುತಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇವರ ಜೊತೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಹಲವು ಗೋ ಕಳ್ಳರ ಕೈವಾಡ ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಶಂಕಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಅವರ ಶೋಧ ಕೂಡ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಕಳೆದ ಮೂರು ದಿನಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 3.15ರ ವೇಳೆ ನಡೆದಿರುವು ಸಿಸಿ ಕ್ಯಾಮರಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೆರೆಯಾದ ವಿಡಿಯೋದಿಂದ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗಿದೆ. ಚೆನ್ನಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಶ್ರೀ ಹನುಮಂತ ದೇವಾಲಯದ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಗೋವನ್ನು ಶಂಕಿತರು ಮಾರುತಿ ಸುಜುಕಿ ಫ್ರಾನ್ ಎಕ್ಸ್ (KA-20-MG-3324) ಕಾರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಂಸಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಗೋವುಗಳನ್ನ ಎತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡು ಪರಾರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರು.

ಸಿಸಿಟಿವಿ ಆಧಾರವಾಗಿ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಆರೋಪಿಗಳ ಚಲನವಲನವನ್ನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸಿ, ಮೂಢಭಟ್ಕಳ ಬೈಪಾಸ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಅವರು ಪರಾರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಇದೇ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಂದೆ ಸಹ ಗೋ ಕಳ್ಳತನ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕ್ರೋಶ ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಗಿತ್ತು.

ಸದ್ಯ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಆರೋಪಿಗಳು ಪೊಲೀಸರ ಬಂಧನಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಅವರಿಂದ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಕಲೆಹಾಕುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ನಡೆದಿದೆ. ಕಾನೂನು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವ ಜೊತೆಗೆ, ಗೋ ಸಾಗಾಟ ಮತ್ತು ಕಳ್ಳತನಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಭಟ್ಕಳ ನಗರ ಠಾಣೆ ಪೊಲೀಸರ ಕಣ್ಣಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಪೊಲೀಸರ ಕ್ಷಿಪ್ರ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯರು ಪ್ರಶಂಸಿಸಿದ್ದು,  ಗೋವುಗಳ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆಗೆ ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಕ್ರಮ ಜರುಗಿಸುವಂತೆ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯರು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Cow Theft Case Exposed: Two Accused Arrested in Bhatkal
Bhatkal: In a swift operation, the Bhatkal Town Police have arrested two accused involved in a cow theft case.

The arrested suspects have been identified as Rehan (28) and Faizan (25), residents of Puravarga. Police suspect the involvement of more individuals in the series of cow thefts and a search operation is underway.

The incident reportedly took place three days ago at around 3:15 AM and came to light through CCTV footage. The suspects were seen lifting the cow violently from the premises of Sri Hanumantha Temple in Chennapattana and fleeing in a Maruti Suzuki Fronx (KA-20-MG-3324).

Based on the CCTV footage, the police tracked the movement of the accused and gathered information showing that they had escaped through the Moodabhatkal bypass. Several similar cow theft cases had been reported earlier in the same area, causing outrage among local residents.

Currently, both accused are in police custody, and efforts are being made to extract more information from them. Alongside legal action, Bhatkal Town Police are keeping a close watch on activities related to cow smuggling and theft in the region.
