ಕಾರವಾರ: ನಗರದ ಅಮೃತ್ ಓರಾ ಹೋಟೆಲ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ರಷ್ಯಾ ಮೂಲದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರು ಹೋಟೆಲ್‌ನ ಮೇಲ್ಛಾವಣಿಯಿಂದ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಬಿದ್ದು ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡ ಘಟನೆ ಸೋಮವಾರ ರಾತ್ರಿ ನಡೆದಿದೆ.
ಇವಾನ್ ಡೆನೆವಾ (40) ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಎಂದು ಗುರುತಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ, ಅವರು ಕದಂಬ ನೌಕಾನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕಾರವಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದರು. ರಾತ್ರಿ ವೇಳೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋಟೆಲ್‌ನ ಬಾಲ್ಕನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತಿದ್ದ ವೇಳೆ ಆಕಸ್ಮಿಕವಾಗಿ ಕಾಲು ಜಾರಿ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಬಿದ್ದಿದ್ದಾರೆಂದು ಹೇಳಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಈ ಘಟನೆ ಬಳಿಕ ತೀವ್ರ ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡ ಇವಾನ್‌ರನ್ನು ತಕ್ಷಣ ಗೋವಾದ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ರವಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಘಟನಾ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ವರಿಷ್ಠಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ದೀಪನ್, ಕಾರವಾರ ನಗರ ಠಾಣೆಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Russian National Seriously Injured After Falling from Hotel Balcony in Karwar
Karwar: A Russian national sustained serious injuries after accidentally falling from the balcony of a hotel in Karwar city on Monday night.
The injured has been identified as Ivan Deneva (40). According to sources, Ivan had come to Karwar for work related to the Kadamba Naval Base. The incident occurred when he was standing on the balcony of Amrut Ora Hotel, and accidentally fell from the upper floor.
Following the fall, Ivan suffered severe injuries and was immediately rushed to a private hospital in Goa for advanced treatment.
Upon receiving information, District Superintendent of Police Deepan, along with officials from the Karwar Town Police Station, visited the spot and conducted an investigation.
The incident has been registered under the Karwar Town Police Station limits, and further inquiries are underway.
