ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ಉಪಕರಣ ಕೊಡಿ, ನಂತರ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆಗೆ ಬನ್ನಿ: ಕಾಂಗ್ರೇಸ್ ಸರಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ರೂಪಾಲಿ ನಾಯ್ಕ ಖಡಕ್ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ”

ಕಾರವಾರ: ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಇದ್ದಾಗಲೇ ಸೂಪರ್‌ ಸ್ಪೆಷಾಲಿಟಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಾಗಿ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರು 150 ಕೋಟಿ ಹಣ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಇಂದಿಗೂ ಒಂದು MRI ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನಿಂಗ್ ತರುವುದಕ್ಕೂ ಈ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೇಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಆಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಮೊದಲು ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ಬೇಕಾದ ಉಪಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿ ನಂತರ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಬನ್ನಿ ಎಂದು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೆ ರೂಪಾಲಿ ನಾಯ್ಕ ಖಡಕ್ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

“ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಇದ್ದಾಗ ನಾನು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂಪರ್‌ ಸ್ಪೆಷಾಲಿಟಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಾಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹಲವು ಬಾರಿ ಸಿಎಂ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದೆ. ಬಳಿಕ ಅವರು ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಾಗಿ 150 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಟ್ಟಡವೂ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಇರಬೇಕಾದ ಒಂದೇ ಒಂದು ಉಪಕರಣವನ್ನೂ ಇಂದಿನ ಈ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಒದಗಿಸಿಲ್ಲ. ಏನು ಮಾಡದೇ ನಮ್ಮ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾದ ಕಟ್ಟಡವನ್ನೇ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಿಎಂ ಬರ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ನಾನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ—ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳೇ, ನೀವು ನಮ್ಮ ಕಾರವಾರ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಬರುವ ಮೊದಲು ರೋಗಿಗಳ ತಪಾಸಣೆಗೆ ಬೇಕಾದ ಉಪಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಮೊದಲು ಒದಗಿಸಿ, ನಂತರ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಬನ್ನಿ. ಇದರ ನಡುವೆಯೂ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಬಂದರೆ ನಾವು ಸುಮ್ಮನಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಿಯಾದ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ಇಲ್ಲದ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ರೋಗಿಗಳು ಮಂಗಳೂರು, ಗೋವಾ, ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಲೆದಾಟ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ.

ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾದ ಹಣವನ್ನೇ ಬೇರೆ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಈ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ನಾಚಿಕೆ ಆಗಬೇಕು” ಎಂದು ರೂಪಾಲಿ ನಾಯ್ಕ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕಿಡಿಕಾರಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Karwar: “During our government itself, Yediyurappa had released ₹150 crore for the Super Specialty Hospital. But even today, this Congress government has not been able to provide even an MRI scanner. First provide the necessary medical equipment to the hospital and only then come for the inauguration,” warned BJP State Mahila Morcha Vice President Roopali Naik.

“Earlier, when our government was in power, I had repeatedly requested Chief Minister Yediyurappa to set up a Super Specialty Hospital here. Later, he released ₹150 crore for the hospital. The building has also been constructed. But the present government has not provided even a single essential medical equipment required for the hospital. Without doing anything, the Chief Minister is now planning to inaugurate the building constructed during our tenure.

I am clearly stating—Chief Minister, before you come to inaugurate the Karwar Hospital, first provide the necessary equipment required for patient diagnosis. Only then come for the inauguration. Even then, if you try to inaugurate without these facilities, we will not remain silent. Due to the lack of proper facilities here, patients are forced to travel to Mangaluru, Goa, and Hubballi for treatment.

The Congress government should feel ashamed for diverting the funds released during our government for other projects,” Roopali Naik lashed out at the Congress government.
