krwar:ಕಾರವಾರ: ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರೈತ ವಿರೋಧಿ ನೀತಿಯಿಂದ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ರೈತರು ಸಂಕಷ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಲುಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿ ಇಂದು ಕಾರವಾರ – ಅಂಕೋಲಾ ಬಿ.ಜೆ.ಪಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಕಚೇರಿ ಎದರುಗಡೆ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು.

ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೆ ರೂಪಾಲಿ ನಾಯ್ಕ ಅವರ ನೇತ್ರತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಕೂಗಲಾಯಿತು. ಕಳೆದ ಬಾರಿಯ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ  ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನೀಡುವ ಕಿಸಾನ್ ಸಮ್ಮಾನ್ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ರೈತರಿಗೂ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಸಾವಿರ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಹ ಧನ ನೀಡಿತ್ತು, ರೈತ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾನಿಧಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಅನೇಕ ರೈತಪರ ಯೋಜನೆ ನೀಡಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೇಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರೈತಪರವಾಗಿರುವ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಗ್ಯಾರೆಂಟಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸೀಮಿತ ಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದರು.

ಇನ್ನೂ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಬ್ಬು ಬೆಳೆಗಾರರು ಸಂಕಷ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಬ್ಬಿಗೆ 3300 ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ಧನ ನೀಡಬೇಕು. ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಶೂನ್ಯ ಬಡ್ಡಿದರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಲ ನೀಡಬೇಕು, ಹೈನುಗಾರಿಕೆಗೆ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ಧನ ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಭಾರಿ ಮಳೆಯಿಂದ ಭತ್ತ, ತೊಗರಿಬೇಳೆ , ಹತ್ತಿ, ಮೆಕ್ಕೆಜೋಳ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಬಹುತೇಕ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬೇಳೆಗಳಿಗೂ ಹಾನಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಪಶ್ಚಿಮಘಟ್ಟದ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಡು ಪ್ರಾಣಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾನವ ಸಂಘರ್ಷ ತಾರಕ್ಕೇರಿದೆ. ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯನ್ನೂ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಬಗೆಹರಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರಿಗೆ ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು.

Karwar: Accusing the state government of adopting anti-farmer policies and pushing farmers into distress, Karwar–Ankola BJP workers staged a protest in front of the Deputy Commissioner’s office today.

The protest was led by BJP State Vice-President Roopali Naik, where slogans were raised against the government. She alleged that during the previous BJP government, along with the central government’s PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme, an additional ₹4,000 incentive was given to every farmer, besides scholarships for farmers’ children and several farmer-friendly programmes. But soon after the Congress government came to power, it cut down all these farmer-beneficial schemes and diverted all funds only towards guarantee schemes, she said.

She further stated that sugarcane growers in the state are suffering and demanded a ₹3,300 incentive for sugarcane, zero-interest loans for farmers, and incentives for dairy farming. Due to heavy rains, paddy, red gram, cotton, maize, and almost all major crops have been damaged. Human–wildlife conflict has intensified in the Western Ghats region. The delegation submitted a memorandum to the Governor through the Deputy Commissioner, urging immediate action on all these issues.
