ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಮಾಜಿ ಸಭಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರೂ ಹಾಗೂ ಹಾಲಿ ಉತ್ತರ ಕನ್ನಡ ಸಂಸದ ವಿಶ್ವೇಶ್ವರ ಹೆಗಡೆ ಕಾಗೇರಿ ಅವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಮೂರು ಅಕ್ರಮ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ಬೆಳಕಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಕಾಗೇರಿ ಅವರು ಸಭಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದ ಕಡತಗಳನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹೊರತೆಗೆಯಲು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರೀತಿಯ ಸಿದ್ದತೆಗೆ ಮುಂದಾಗಿದೆ.
ಹಾಲಿ ಸಭಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿರುವ ಯುಟಿ ಖಾದರ್ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕಾಗೇರಿ ಅವರು ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರದ ಆರೋಪಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ತಿರುಗೇಟು ನೀಡುವ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕಾಗೇರಿ ಅವರ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಿದೆ ಎನ್ನಲಾದ ಭೃಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ವ್ಯವಹಾರಗಳನ್ನ ಬಯಲಿಗೆಳೆಯಲು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದೆ ಎನ್ನುವ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ.
<span;>ಕಾಗೇರಿ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಅಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಆರೋಪ:
ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧದಲ್ಲಿ ವೈಫೈ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಅನುಷ್ಟಾನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ನೀಡುವ ಮೊದಲೆ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಕಂಪನಿ ಒಂದಕ್ಕೆ 5ಕೋಟಿ.ಹಣ ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎನ್ನುವ ಆರೋಪ ಕೇಳಿ ಬರುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಹಣ ನೀಡಿದರು ಇದುವರಗೂ ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧದಲ್ಲಿ ವೈಫೈ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಬರುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹಲವು ಶಾಸಕರು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರಿಗೆ ದೂರು ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಶಾಸಕರ ವಾಹನ ಓಡಾಟಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಇನೋವಾ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ಟಾ ಕಾರುಗಳ ಖರೀದಿ ವೇಳೆ ಧಾರವಾಡದ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಶಾಸಕರಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಶೋ ರೂಮ್‌ಗೆ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಆರೋಪ ಕೂಡ ಇದೆ. ಇನ್ನೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸ್ವಾಮ್ಯದ ಚಾನಲ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಉಚಿತ ಪ್ರಸಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಅವಕಾಶವಿದ್ದರೂ, ವಾರ್ತಾ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಪ್ರಸಾರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ 3ಕೋಟಿ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎನ್ನುವ ಆರೋಪ ಕೇಳಿ ಬರುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಕಡತಗಳನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಈಗ ಮರುಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಮೂಲಗಳು ತಿಳಿಸಿವೆ. ಕಾಗೇರಿ ಅವರು ಯಾವ ಫೈಲ್‌ಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಹಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ? ಯಾವ ಅನುದಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ? ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಹೇಗೆ ನಡೆದಿದೇ? ಎಂಬುದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳಿಂದ ಸರಕಾರ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇನ್ನೂ ಅನೇಕ ಕಡತಗಳ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಗೆ ಕೂಡ ಸರಕಾರ ಮುಂದಾಗಿದೆ.
ಕಾಗೇರಿ ಅವರು ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರೂಪಿಸಿರುವ ಈ “ಮಾಸ್ಟರ್ ಪ್ಲಾನ್” ಕಾಗೇರಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ರಾಜಕೀಯವಾಗಿ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟ ತರಬಹುದು ಎಂಬ ಮಾತು ರಾಜಕೀಯ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಳಿ ಬರುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ವಿಚಾರವಾಗಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ಅಥವಾ ಲೊಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ತನಿಖೆ ಕೂಡ ಆಗುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.ಅದೇನೆ ಇದ್ದರೂ ಕಾಗೇರಿ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಇದೀಗ ಭೃಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ಆರೋಪ ಕೇಳಿ ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದು ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದು ಯಾವ ಹಂತಕ್ಕೆ ತಲುಪಲಿದೆ ಎನ್ನುವುದನ್ನ ಕಾದು ನೋಡಬೇಕಿದೆ..
Bengaluru: Three alleged corruption cases have reportedly surfaced against former Speaker of the Legislative Assembly and current Uttara Kannada MP Vishweshwar Hegde Kageri. It is said that the state government is preparing to bring out documents related to incidents that took place during his tenure as Speaker.
Kageri had recently accused the current Speaker U.T. Khader of corruption. In what appears to be a counter move, the state government is said to be gathering all records related to alleged irregularities that occurred during Kageri’s term.
Major Allegations During Kageri’s Tenure:
Wi-Fi Installation at Vidhana Soudha:
It is alleged that ₹5 crore was sanctioned to a private company even before the tender process for installing Wi-Fi at Vidhana Soudha. However, despite the payment, Wi-Fi services are still reportedly not functioning properly in the building. Several MLAs have complained about this to Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.
Purchase of Innova Crysta Vehicles:
During the purchase of Innova Crysta cars for the transportation of MLAs, it is alleged that the contract was awarded to a showroom linked to a BJP MLA from Dharwad.
Broadcast Expenses for Government Programs:
Another allegation claims that despite having access to free broadcast facilities on a government-owned channel, the Department of Information and Public Relations spent ₹3 crore to telecast programs.
Sources say the state government is now re-examining all related files. The government is reportedly collecting details such as which files Kageri signed, how the funds were allocated, and how the tender processes were executed. More documents are also expected to undergo scrutiny.
Following Kageri’s recent press conference in Bengaluru, political circles are discussing that the government has prepared a “master plan” which could create political trouble for him.
There are also indications that the matter may move to court or be taken up for a Lokayukta investigation in the coming days. For now, serious corruption allegations are being raised against Kageri, and it remains to be seen how far this issue will progress.
