ದಾಂಡೇಲಿ: ನಗರದ ಬರ್ಚಿ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಟ್ರ್ಯಾಕ್ಟರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಕೂಟಿಯ ನಡುವೆ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದ ಅಪಘಾತದಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಂಡೇಲಿ ಬ್ಲಾಕ್ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಹಾಗೂ ನಗರಸಭಾ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾದ ಮೋಹನ ಹಲವಾಯಿ ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡ ಘಟನೆ ನಡೆದಿದೆ.

ಮೋಹನ ಹಲವಾಯಿ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ಕೂಟಿ (ಕೆಎ–65 ಕೆ–0338)ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ವೇಳೆ, ಎದುರುಗಡೆಯಿಂದ ಬಂದ ಟ್ರ್ಯಾಕ್ಟರ್‌ (ಕೆಎ–65 ಟಿ–2174) ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ತಪ್ಪಿ ಸ್ಕೂಟಿಗೆ ಡಿಕ್ಕಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಡಿಕ್ಕಿಯ ಪರಿಣಮ ಗಂಭೀರ ಗಾಯಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸ್ಥಳೀಯರು ತಕ್ಷಣ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಅಪಘಾತದ ವೇಳೆ ಟ್ರ್ಯಾಕ್ಟರ್ ರಸ್ತೆ ಪಕ್ಕದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಕಂಬಕ್ಕೂ ಡಿಕ್ಕಿ ಹೊಡೆದಿದೆ. ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ದಾಂಡೇಲಿ ನಗರ ಪೊಲೀಸ್‌ ಠಾಣೆಯ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ತನಿಖೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Dandeli: A serious accident occurred on the Barchi Road in Dandeli, where a tractor collided with a scooter. In the incident, Dandeli Block Congress President and City Municipal Council member Mohan Halawayi was seriously injured.

According to reports, Mohan Halawayi was riding his scooter (KA–65 K–0338) when a tractor (KA–65 T–2174) coming from the opposite direction lost control and hit the scooter. Due to the impact, he sustained severe injuries and was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital by local residents.

During the accident, the tractor also rammed into an electric pole by the roadside. Dandeli City Police visited the spot, registered a case, and have begun an investigation.
