ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಗರು ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಕಾರಿಗೆ ಟ್ಯಾಂಕರ್ ಡಿಕ್ಕಿ ಹೊಡೆದು ಕಾರಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ದೆಹಲಿಯ ಇಬ್ಬರೂ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಗರು ಸಾವನ್ನಪ್ಪಿರುವ ಘಟನೆ ಗೋವಾದ ಬಾಂಬೋಲಿಂ ಸಮೀಪ ಹೆದ್ದಾರಿಯ ತಿರುವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಿದೆ
ಅಪಘಾತದಲ್ಲಿ ದೆಹಲಿಯ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳಾಗಿರುವ ಯೋಗೇಂದ್ರ ಸಿಂಗ್ (52) ಹಾಗೂ ಇನ್ನೋರ್ವ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಎಂದು ಗೊತ್ತಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಆತನ ಹೆಸರು ತಿಳಿದು ಬರಬೇಕಿದೆ. ಪಣಜಿ ಕಡೆ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಟ್ಯಾಂಕರ್ ಚಾಲಕನ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ತಪ್ಪಿ ಹೆದ್ದಾರಿಯ ಡಿವೈಡರ್‌ಗೆ ಡಿಕ್ಕಿ ಹೊಡೆದ ಡಿವೈಡರ್ ದಾಟಿದ ಟ್ಯಾಂಕರ್ ಪಣಜಿ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಮಡಗಾಂವ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಗರ ಕಾರಿಗೆ ಡಿಕ್ಕಿ ಹೊಡೆದಿದೆ.
ಅಪಘಾತದ ಭೀಕರತೆಗೆ ಕಾರು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ನುಜ್ಜುಗುಜ್ಜಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸ್ಥಳೀಯರು ಹಾಗೂ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಕಾರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಲುಕಿಕೊಂಡು ಮೃತರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಇಬ್ಬರೂ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಗರ ಮೃತ ದೆಹವನ್ನ ಹೊರ ತೆಗೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಪಘಾತ ಬಳಿಕ ಚಾಲಕ ಸ್ಥಳದಿಂದ ಪರಾರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಇನ್ನೂ ಮೃತ ದೇಹವನ್ನ ಬಾಂಬೋಲಿಂ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ರವಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದೆ.
In a tragic road accident near the Bambolim curve on the Goa highway, two tourists from Delhi lost their lives after a tanker rammed into the car they were traveling in.
The deceased have been identified as Yogendra Singh (52), a resident of Delhi, and another man whose identity is yet to be confirmed. According to reports, the tanker, which was heading toward Panaji, lost control, hit the highway divider, and then crossed over to the opposite lane, colliding head-on with a car traveling from Panaji toward Margao.
Due to the severe impact, the car was completely crushed. Local residents and police rushed to the spot and retrieved the bodies of the two victims who were trapped inside the mangled vehicle. The tanker driver reportedly fled the scene after the accident.
The bodies have been sent to Bambolim Hospital for post-mortem examination, and a case has been registered at the local police station.
