ಕಾರವಾರ : ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಐಎನ್‌ಎಸ್ ಕದಂಬ ನೌಕಾನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇಲರ್ ಆಗಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ 28ವರ್ಷದ ಕುರುಬಾ ದಿನೇಶ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ನಾಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗಿರುವ ಘಟನೆ ನಡೆದಿದೆ.

ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 27ರಂದು ಕಾರವಾರದ ನೌಕಾನೆಲೆಯಿಂದ ಹೊರ ತೆರಳಿದ್ದ ದಿನೇಶ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ಈವರೆಗೆ ವಾಪಸ್ ಆಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಕುಟುಂಬಸ್ಥರು ಹಾಗೂ ಪರಿಚಿತರು ಅವರಿಗಾಗಿ ಹುಡುಕಾಟ ನಡೆಸಿದರೂ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.

ನಾಪತ್ತೆಯಾದ ಬಳಿಕ ಅವರ ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಫೋನ್ ಸ್ವಿಚ್ ಆಫ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದು, ಯಾರ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಕ್ಕೂ ಸಿಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಕಾರವಾರ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಪತ್ತೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಪೊಲೀಸರು ದಿನೇಶ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರ ಪತ್ತೆಗೆ ತನಿಖೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಶೋಧ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Naval Base Sailor Goes Missing in Karwar

Karwar: A 28-year-old sailor working at the INS Kadamba naval base in Karwar has reportedly gone missing, causing concern among his family members and colleagues.

The missing sailor has been identified as Kuruba Dinesh Kumar, who was serving as a sailor at the naval base.

According to reports, Dinesh Kumar left the naval base in Karwar on August 27 and has not returned since. His mobile phone has reportedly remained switched off, and he has not been reachable by phone or through any other means of communication.

A missing person case has been registered at the Karwar Rural Police Station, and the police have initiated an investigation to trace Dinesh Kumar.
