ಮಗು ಕೊಡಿಸುವ ನೆಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಲಕ್ಷ ಲಕ್ಷ ವಂಚಿಸಿದ “ಅಂಕೋಲಿ ಟೀಂ” ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಅಂಕೋಲಾ ಠಾಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೂರು

ಅಂಕೋಲಾ: ಮಗು ಕೊಡಿಸುವ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ದಂಪತಿಯೋರ್ವರಿಂದ 4.5 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ. ಪಡೆದು ವಂಚಿಸಿದ ಶ್ರೀಧರ ಕುಮಟಾಕರ್ “ಅಂಕೋಲಿ” ಟೀಂ  ಐವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಅಂಕೋಲಾ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೂರು ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಶ್ರೀಧರ ಕುಮಟಾಕರ (ಅಂಕೋಲಿ) ಕುಮಟಾ, ಮಾಲಿನಿ ಗಣಪತಿ ಅಂಬಿಗ,ಲೋಹಿತ ಈಶ್ವರ ತಾಂಡೇಲ ಹೊನ್ನಾವರ, ರಾಘವೇಂದ್ರ ಉದಯ ನಾಯ್ಕ, ಕುಮಟಾ. ರಾಜೇಂದ್ರ ಮೇಸ್ತಾ, ಹೊನ್ನಾವರ ಹಾಗೂ ಇನ್ನಿತರರು ಸೇರಿ ಒಟ್ಟು ಐವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ದೂರು ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಇವರು ತೆಂಕಣಕೇರಿಯ ತುಕಾರಾಮ ಖಾರ್ವಿ ದಂಪತಿಗೆ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಲ್ಲದಿರುವುದನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದ ಹೊನ್ನಾವರದ ಲೋಹಿತ್ ತಾಂಡೇಲ್,“ಕಾನೂನುಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಮಗು ಕೊಡಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ” ಎಂದು ನಂಬಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಬಳಿಕ ತನ್ನ ಪರಿಚಯದ ಮಾಲಿನಿ ಶ್ರೀಧರ ಕುಮಟಾಕರ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಮಧ್ಯವರ್ತಿಯಾಗಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ, ಮಗುವಿನ ಪೋಷಕರನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿಮಾಡಿಸುವ ನಾಟಕ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

2024ರ ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 12ರಂದು ಮಾಲಿನಿ ಅಂಕೋಲಾಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದು,ತನ್ನ ಕಾರಿನ ಚಾಲಕ ರಾಘವೇಂದ್ರ ನಾಯ್ಕ ಮೂಲಕ ದಂಪತಿಯಿಂದ 3 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ. ಚೆಕ್, 1 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ. ನಗದು ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾಳೆ. ಬಳಿಕ ದತ್ತಕ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಶುಲ್ಕ, ಕಾನೂನು ಪತ್ರಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ವಕೀಲರ ಪೀಸ್ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 24ರಂದು ಫೋನ್‌ಪೇ ಮೂಲಕ 50 ಸಾವಿರ ರೂ. ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಒಟ್ಟು 4.5 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ. ಪಡೆದ ಬಳಿಕ ಮಗು ಕೊಡಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಕೊಡದೆ,ಕರೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಿಸದೆ ದಂಪತಿಯನ್ನು ತೊಂದರೆಗೊಳಪಡಿಸಿರುವುದು  ದೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಹಣ ಮರಳಿಸಿ ಅಥವಾ ಕಾನೂನುಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಮಗು ನೀಡಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದಾಗಲೂ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಯತ್ನಿಸಿದರೆಂದು ದಂಪತಿ ಪೊಲೀಸರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ ದೂರಿನಲ್ಕಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ವಿಷಯ ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ದೂರು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದ ಅಂಕೋಲಾ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆ ಪೊಲೀಸರು, ಲೋಹಿತ್ ತಾಂಡೇಲ್, ಮಾಲಿನಿ ಅಂಬಿಗ, ಶ್ರೀಧರ ಕುಮಟಾಕರ್ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಘವೇಂದ್ರ ನಾಯ್ಕ ಇವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿ ತನಿಖೆ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಪೊಲೀಸರು ದತ್ತಕ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಕಾನೂನುಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಸಮಿತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ಪಡೆದ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿ, ಇಂತಹ ವಂಚಕರಿಗೆ ಬಲಿಯಾಗದಂತೆ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Complaint Filed Against “Ankolli Team” for Cheating Couple of Lakhs on the Pretext of Providing a Child
Ankola: A case has been registered at the Ankola Police Station against five members of the so-called “Ankoli Team,” including Sridhar Kumtakaar, for allegedly cheating a couple of ₹4.5 lakh under the pretext of legally arranging a child for adoption.

The complaint has been filed against Sridhar Kumtakaar (Ankoli) of Kumta, Malini Ganapati Ambiga, Lohith Eshwar Tandel of Honnavar, Raghavendra Uday Naik of Kumta, Rajendra Mesta of Honnavar, and others.

According to the complaint, Lohith Tandel from Honnavar learned that Tukaram Kharvi and his wife from Tenkankeri had no children. He allegedly assured them that he would “legally arrange a child” for them. He then sent Malini and Sridhar Kumtakaar as mediators and staged a meeting with the so-called biological parents of the child.

On September 12, 2024, Malini came to Ankola and, through her driver Raghavendra Naik, collected ₹3 lakh via cheque and ₹1 lakh in cash from the couple. On September 24, she reportedly collected an additional ₹50,000 via PhonePe, claiming it was for adoption registration fees, legal documents, and advocate charges.

After taking a total of ₹4.5 lakh, the accused allegedly failed to initiate any legal procedure to provide the child and stopped responding to the couple’s calls. When the couple demanded either the money back or a legally valid adoption, the accused allegedly avoided them.

Given the seriousness of the allegations, Ankola Police have registered a case against Lohith Tandel, Malini Ambiga, Sridhar Kumtakaar, and Raghavendra Naik and have initiated an investigation.

Police have also cautioned the public that legal adoption can only be done through the Child Welfare Committee and authorised agencies, urging people not to fall prey to such fraudsters.
