ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು : ರಾಜ್ಯ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೇಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಎಂ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಜೋರಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಎರಡುವರೆ ವರ್ಷ ಪೂರೈಸಿರುವ ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ನವೆಂಬರ್ 26ಕ್ಕೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಸಿಎಂ ಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆ ನೀಡಲಿದ್ದಾರೆನ್ನಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಅಂದೆ ಅವರ ಪುತ್ರ ಡಾ.ಯತೀಂದ್ರ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಡಿಸಿಎಂ ಆಗಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ವಚನ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವುದು ಪಕ್ಕಾ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇನ್ನೂ ನ 26ರಂದು ಡಿಕೆ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ ಕೂಡ ಸಿಎಂ ಆಗಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವಚನ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆಂದು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೇಸ್ ಮೂಲಗಳಿಂದ ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.
ಹಾಲಿ ಡಿಸಿಎಂ ಆಗಿರುವ ಡಿಕೆ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ ಸಹ ನ.25ರಂದು ತಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆ ನೀಡಲಿದ್ದಾರೆನ್ನಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಅಂದೇ ದಿನ ಕೆಪಿಸಿಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿ ಸತೀಶ್ ಜಾರಕಿಹೊಳಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಡಿಕೆಸಿ ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಹತ್ತು ಮಂದಿ ಹೊಸಬರಿಗೆ ಸ್ಥಾನ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಹಾಲಿ ಇರುವ ಯಾವೇಲ್ಲಾ ಸಚಿವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಬಲವಾದ ಆರೋಪ ಇದೆಯೋ ಅವರನ್ನ ಕೈ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೊಸಬರಿಗೆ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಮಾನ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎನ್ನುವ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಸಹ ಕೇಳಿಬರುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ದಲಿತ ಸಿಎಂ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ ಮೊದಲ ಹಂತವಾಗಿ ಸತೀಶ್ ಜಾರಕಿಹೊಳಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕೆಪಿಸಿಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಸ್ಥಾನವನ ನೀಡಿ ಬಳಿಕ ಅಂದರೆ 2028ಕ್ಕೆ ಸತೀಶ ಜಾರಕಿಹೊಳಿ ನಾಯಕತ್ವದಲ್ಲೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ನಡೆಸು ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಿಎಂ ಸ್ಥಾನ ನೀಡಲು ಹೈಕಮಾಂಡ ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿದೆ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಡಿಕೆ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ ಅವರನ್ನ ಸಿಎಂ ಮಾಡೋದಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಲಿ ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಕೂಡ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ನೀಡುವ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಡಿಕೆ ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟದಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಕೆಲ ಆಪ್ತರಿಗೆ ಸಚಿವ ಸ್ಥಾನ ನೀಡಬೇಕೆಂಬ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಸಹ ಇಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಏನೆ ಇದ್ದರೂ ನವೆಂಬರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುವ ಸಿಎಂ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗೆ ಹೈಕಮಾಂಡ್ ಮುಹೂರ್ತ ಫೀಕ್ಸ್ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದು ಮಾತ್ರ ಸತ್ಯ….
Bengaluru: The discussion over a change in leadership within the Karnataka Congress has intensified. According to reports, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, who has completed two and a half years in office, is likely to resign from his position on November 26. On the same day, his son Dr. Yathindra Siddaramaiah is expected to take oath as the Deputy Chief Minister, while DK Shivakumar will reportedly be sworn in as the new Chief Minister, as per Congress sources.
It is also being said that the current Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar will resign from his post as the KPCC (Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee) President on November 25, and Satish Jarkiholi is likely to take charge as the new KPCC President on the same day. Reports suggest that in DK Shivakumar’s new Cabinet, around ten new faces will be inducted, and ministers facing serious allegations may be dropped to make way for fresh entrants.
Since there has already been talk of appointing a Dalit Chief Minister in the future, the Congress high command is said to have planned this transition in phases — first by appointing Satish Jarkiholi as KPCC President and later, by 2028, contesting the state elections under his leadership, with the intention of elevating him to the CM position thereafter.
Sources also say that Siddaramaiah has agreed to the proposal of making DK Shivakumar the Chief Minister, but has requested that a few of his close aides be given Cabinet berths in the new ministry.
Whatever the case, it is now confirmed that the Congress high command has finalized the muhurat (auspicious time) for the change of Chief Minister — the transition is set to take place in November.
