ಹಳಿಯಾಳ : ಹಳಿಯಾಳ – ದಾಂಡೇಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಹೆದ್ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ಕೆಸರೊಳ್ಳಿಯ ಬಳಿ ಕ್ರೂಸರ್ ವಾಹನ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾರುತಿ ಎರ್ಟಿಗಾ ನಡುವೆ ನಡೆದ ಭೀಕರ ಅಪಘಾತದಲ್ಲಿ ಓರ್ವ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲೆ ಸಾವನ್ನಪ್ಪಿರುವ ಘಟನೆ ನಡೆದಿದೆ.
ಸವದತ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಹುಲವಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಕ್ರೂಸರ್ ವಾಹನ ಹಾಗೂ ದಾಂಡೇಲಿಯಿಂದ ಹಳಿಯಾಳಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಮಾರುತಿ ಎರ್ಟಿಗಾ ವಾಹನದ ನಡುವೆ ಅಪಘಾತ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಕ್ರೂಸರ್ ವಾಹನದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಓರ್ವ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲೇ ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಉಳಿದಂತೆ ಇದೆ ವಾಹನದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಆರೇಳು ಜನರಿಗೆ ಗಾಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡವರನ್ನು ತಕ್ಷಣ ಹಳಿಯಾಳ ತಾಲೂಕ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಘಟನಾಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಹಳಿಯಾಳ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ದೌಡಾಯಿಸಿ, ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
One Killed in Head-On Collision on Haliyal–Dandeli State Highway
Haliyal:A tragic road accident claimed one life on the Haliyal–Dandeli State Highway near Kesarolli on Wednesday. The mishap occurred when a cruiser vehicle traveling from Savadatti to Hulavi collided head-on with a Maruti Ertiga coming from Dandeli towards Haliyal.
According to the police, one passenger in the cruiser died on the spot due to the impact of the collision. Six to seven other occupants of the same vehicle sustained injuries. The injured were immediately shifted to the Haliyal Taluk Hospital, where they are undergoing treatment.
The Haliyal Police rushed to the spot, conducted an inspection, and initiated further investigation into the cause of the accident.
