ಪಕ್ಷದ ವರಿಷ್ಠರ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದಂತೆ ನಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ : ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು :ಪಕ್ಷದ ವರಿಷ್ಠರ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ, ಸೂಚನೆಯಂತೆ ನಾನು ಹಾಗೂ ಉಪ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ನಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ನಾನು ಹಾಗೂ ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಸಚಿವರಾಗಲಿ, ಶಾಸಕರಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದರು.

ಅವರು ಇಂದು ತಮ್ಮ ನಿವಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ  ಉಪ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಡಿ.ಕೆ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಜಂಟಿ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿ ನೆಡೆಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ನಾವಿಬ್ಬರೂ ಪಕ್ಷದ ವರಿಷ್ಠರು ಸೂಚಿಸಿದಂತೆ ನಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಅಧಿವೇಶನ ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ ಇಬ್ಬರಿಗೂ ಗೊಂದಲಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಾಳೆಯಿಂದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಗೊಂದಲ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಈಗಲೂ ಇಲ್ಲ . ನಮ್ಮ ನಡುವೆ ಆಗಿರುವ ಒಪ್ಪಂದದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹೈಕಮಾಂಡಿಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದರು.

ಆದರೆ ಗೊಂದಲ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೆಲವು ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳು ಇದನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರು.   ಕೆಲವು ಶಾಸಕರು ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟ ಪುನರ್ ರಚನೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ದೆಹಲಿಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿದರಬಹುದು. ಹಾಗೆಂದು ಬೇರೆ ಅರ್ಥ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕಿಲ್ಲ. ಕೆಲವರು ಇಂಥ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಉಪಹಾರ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ  ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್, ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳ ಕಾನೂನು ಸಲಹೆಗಾರ ಪೊನ್ನಣ್ಣ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು. ಉಪಹಾರ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಏನೂ ಮಾತನಾಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್  ಮತ್ತು ನಾನು ನಮ್ಮ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಉಪಹಾರ ಸೇವಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಪಕ್ಷದ ವರಿಷ್ಠರಾದ ವೇಣುಗೋಪಾಲ್ ಅವರು ಪೊನ್ನಣ್ಣ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕರೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಉಪಾಹಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆಯಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಡಿ.ಕೆ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರಿಗೂ ಇದನ್ನೇ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರೇ, ನಮ್ಮ ಮನೆಗೆ ಊಟಕ್ಕೆ ಬನ್ನಿ ಎಂದು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ದಿನ ಊಟಕ್ಕೆ ಬರೋಣ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಮನೆಗೆ ಉಪಾಹಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆದೆವು ಎಂದರು.

2028 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಮತ್ತೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ತರಬೇಕೆಂದು ತೀರ್ಮಾನ
ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅನಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಕೆಲವು ಗೊಂದಲಗಳು ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಿವೆ. ನಾವು ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. 2028ರ  ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಕಾರ್ಪೋರೇಷನ್, ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು , ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಹಾಗೂ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗಳು ಬಹಳ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿದ್ದು,ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. 2028ರಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನ್ನು ಮತ್ತೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ತರಬೇಕೆಂದು ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. 2022ರ ವಿಧಾನ ಸಭಾ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದಂತೆಯೇ ಮುಂದೆಯೂ ಒಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಸಾಗುವ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದರು.

ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಭಿನ್ನಾಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಗಳಿಲ್ಲ
ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಭಿನ್ನಾಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಗಳಿಲ್ಲ. ಈಗಲೂ ಇಲ್ಲ,  ಮುಂದೆಯೂ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಚಳಿಗಾಲದ ಅಧಿವೇಶನ ಬೆಳಗಾವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 8 ರಿಂದ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗಲಿದೆ. ನಾವು  ವಿರೋಧ ಪಕ್ಷದವರನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಥವಾಗಿ ಇವರಿಗೆ ಎದುರಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಮುಂದೆಯೂ ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಬಿಜೆಪಿ, ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಅಪಪ್ರಚಾರ, ಸುಳ್ಳು ಆರೋಪಗಳನ್ನು, ಅಪವಾದಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವುದು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಅವರ ಚಾಳಿ. ಇವರಿಬ್ಬರನ್ನೂ ಸಮರ್ಥವಾಗಿ ನಾನು ಮತ್ತು ಉಪಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ಕಾರ್ಯತಂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳು ಗೊಂದಲ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿವೆ
ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಹಸ್ತಾಂತರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಉಂಟಾಗಿರುವ ಗೊಂದಲಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳೇ ಕಾರಣ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದ ಸಿಎಂ, ಬಿಜೆಪಿ , ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು  ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ನಿರ್ಣಯ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದು ಅಸಂಭವವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ನಾವು 142 ಜನರಿದ್ದು, ಅವರು 64 ಜನ ಮಾತ್ರ, ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ 18 ಇದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರಿಬ್ಬರೂ ಸೇರಿ 82 ಜನರಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇದೊಂದು ವಿಫಲ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಎಂದು ಭಾವಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ ವಿರೋಧ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಏನೇ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಆರೋಪಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದರೂ ಅವನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಸಮರ್ಥವಾಗಿ ಎದುರಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದರು.

Bengaluru: “Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar and I have decided to act according to the instructions and decisions of the party high command. Ministers and MLAs have not acted against the government,” clarified Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.

Addressing a joint press conference with Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar at his residence today, the Chief Minister said, “Both of us have decided to follow the directions given by the party leadership. Since the Assembly session is approaching, the high command has instructed us to clear misunderstandings. There will be no confusion from tomorrow—there is none even now. We will also inform the high command about the understanding reached between us.”

He added that the confusion was created unnecessarily. “Some media houses have created this confusion,” he said. Some legislators may have visited Delhi regarding cabinet reshuffle matters, but Siddaramaiah said this should not be interpreted differently. Legislators themselves have clarified the reasons for their visits, he said.

Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar and the Chief Minister’s legal advisor Ponnanna were present during the breakfast meeting. Siddaramaiah clarified, “Nothing major was discussed during breakfast. D.K. Shivakumar and I had breakfast together at home. Party senior leader Venugopal had instructed Ponnanna to invite Shivakumar for breakfast. Shivakumar himself had also invited us for a meal. We told him we would come another day, and invited him today for breakfast at our residence.”

Decision to Bring Congress Back to Power in 2028
Siddaramaiah said that unnecessary confusion had been created over the past few days. “We discussed the importance of the 2028 Assembly elections, as well as the local body elections—corporation, taluk, district and gram panchayat polls. We have agreed to work together just as we did during the 2022 Assembly elections. Our goal is to bring Congress back to power in 2028,” he said.

No Differences Between Us
He reiterated, “There are no differences between us. There are none now, and there will be none in the future.” He added that the winter session in Belagavi will start from December 8. “We have countered the opposition strongly in the past and will continue to do so. The BJP and JD(S) are in the habit of spreading misinformation and false allegations. The Deputy Chief Minister and I will jointly counter them, and we have formulated the necessary strategy,” he said.

Media Has Created Confusion
CM Siddaramaiah alleged that media reports were responsible for the confusion around the issue of power transfer. He added that BJP and JD(S) leaders claiming they would bring a no-confidence motion was baseless.

“It is impossible. We have 142 MLAs; they have only 64, and JD(S) has 18. Together they are just 82. This is a failed attempt. No matter how many false allegations the opposition makes, we will counter them effectively,” he said.
