ದಾಂಡೇಲಿ: ಉತ್ತರ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ದಾಂಡೇಲಿಯ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಶಾಲೆಯೊಂದರಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯ ಟಿಫಿನ್ ಬಾಕ್ಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಕ್ರೀಮ್ ಬಿಸ್ಕೆಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಜೀವಂತ ಹುಳುಗಳು ಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗಿರುವ ಘಟನೆ ನಡೆದಿದೆ.
ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಶಾಲೆಯೊಂದರಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಾಸಂಗ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗೆ ಮನೆಯಿಂದ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಟಿಫಿನ್‌ಗಾಗಿ ಬಾಕ್ಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರೀಮ್ ಬಿಸ್ಕೆಟ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರು. ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಹೋದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ತಿಂಡಿ ತಿನ್ನುವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಟಿಫೀನ್ ಬಾಕ್ಸ್‌‌ನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಕ್ರಿಮ್ ಬಿಸ್ಕೀಟ್ ತೆಗೆದಾಗ ಬಿಸ್ಕೇಟ್‌ ಒಳಗೆ ಜೀವಂತ ಹುಳುಗಳು ಓಡಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವು ಕಂಡಬಂದಿದೆ.
ಇದನ್ನ ಗಮನಿಸಿದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ. ತಕ್ಷಣ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಬಿಸ್ಕೆಟ್ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಅದರೊಳಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ರೀಮ್ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವು ಹುಳುಗಳು ಜೀವಂತವಾಗಿರುವುದು ಕಂಡುಬಂದಿದೆ. ನಂತರ ಅವರು ಪೋಷಕರಿಗೆ ವಿಷಯ ತಿಳಿಸಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಆರೋಗ್ಯದ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಜಾಗ್ರತೆ ವಹಿಸುವಂತೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
Dandeli: An unusual incident has been reported at a private school in Dandeli, Uttara Kannada district, where live worms were found inside cream biscuits packed in a student’s tiffin box.
A student studying in a private school had brought cream biscuits from home as part of their tiffin. During the lunch break, the child opened the box and took out a biscuit, only to notice live worms moving inside the cream layer of the biscuit.
The student immediately informed the teachers. Upon inspection, the teachers also confirmed that several live worms were present inside the biscuit and in the cream filling. The teachers then alerted the child’s parents and advised them to be cautious regarding the health and hygiene of the food items being packed for children.
