ನೀಲಿ ಸೂಟ್‌ಕೇಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ನಗದು–ಬಂಗಾರ ಪತ್ತೆ..! ಭಟ್ಕಳ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಬಯಲು ಮಾಡಿದ ಕಳ್ಳ ಸಾಗಾಟ ಜಾಲ

ಭಟ್ಕಳ/ದಾಖಲೆ ಇಲ್ಲದೇ ಮುಂಬೈಯಿಂದ ಭಟ್ಕಳಕ್ಕೆ ಪಾರ್ಸಲ್ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾದ ನೀಲಿ ಬಣ್ಣದ ಸೂಟ್‌ಕೇಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂಗಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳ ನಗದು ಪತ್ತೆಯಾದ ಘಟನೆ ಭಟ್ಕಳದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಿದೆ.

ಖಚಿತ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ ಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಟ್ಕಳ ನಗರ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆಸಿ ಇಬ್ಬರನ್ನು ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮುಂಬೈಯಿಂದ ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಕಡೆಗೆ ಭಟ್ಕಳ ಮಾರ್ಗವಾಗಿ ತೆರಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ವಿ.ಆರ್.ಎಲ್ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಬಸ್‌  ಅಪರಿಚಿತ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ನೀಲಿ ಸೂಟ್‌ಕೇಸ್ ನೀಡಿ, “ಇದನ್ನು ಭಟ್ಕಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರ್ಫಾನ್ ಎಂಬವರು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆಂದು” ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಮಾಹಿತಿ ದೊರೆತ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಪಿಐ ದಿವಾಕರ್ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಭಟ್ಕಳ ನಗರ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ತಂಡ ಶಂಶುದ್ದೀನ್ ಸರ್ಕಲ್ ಬಳಿ ತಪಾಸಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಪಾರ್ಸಲ್ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿದಾಗ, ಸೂಟ್‌ಕೇಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಗದು ಮತ್ತು ಬಂಗಾರದ ಆಭರಣಗಳು ಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗಿವೆ. ಒಟ್ಟು 49,98,400 ನಗದು, 401.04 ಗ್ರಾಂ ತೂಕದ 32 ಬಂಗಾರದ ಬಳೆಗಳು, ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಪೆನ್‌ಡ್ರೈವ್ ವಶಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಭಟ್ಕಳ ಬಂದರು ರಸ್ತೆಯ ಬಾಬಾ ನಂದ್ ಮತ್ತು ಉಸ್ಮಾನ್ ನಗರದ ಮೊಹಮ್ಮದ್ ಇರ್ಫಾನ್ ಎಂಬವರನ್ನು ಪೊಲೀಸರು ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆದು ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಮುಂದುವರೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಘಟನೆಯ ಕುರಿತು ಭಟ್ಕಳ ನಗರ ಠಾಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಐಟಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯಡಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ.

A blue suitcase sent from Mumbai to Bhatkal as a parcel on a VRL private bus without any proper documentation has been seized by Bhatkal Town Police after they received credible information that it contained gold and cash worth several lakhs of rupees. Two individuals have been taken into custody in connection with the case.

According to reports, an unidentified person in Mumbai handed over a blue suitcase to the VRL private bus bound for Mangaluru via Bhatkal, stating that a person named Irfan would collect it at Bhatkal.

Acting on this tip-off, CPI Divakar of Bhatkal Town Police conducted a check near Shamsuddin Circle in Bhatkal while the parcels were being unloaded. Upon opening the blue suitcase, police found a large amount of cash and gold ornaments inside.

A total of ₹49,98,400 in cash, 32 gold bangles weighing 401.04 grams, a mobile phone, and a pen drive were seized. The police have taken Baba Nand of Bhatkal’s Bandar Road and Mohammad Irfan of Usman Nagar into custody in connection with the case.

An FIR has been registered under the IT Act at Bhatkal Town Police Station, and further investigation is underway.
