ಮೀನು ಹಿಡಿಯಲು ಹೋದ ಯುವಕನಿಗೆ ಮೀನು ಚುಚ್ಚಿ ಸಾವು

ಕಾರವಾರ: ಮೀನುಗಾರಿಕೆಗೆ ತೆರಳಿದ್ದ ವೇಳೆ ಮೀನು ಚುಚ್ಚಿ ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಯುವಕನೋರ್ವ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಫಲಕಾರಿಯಾಗದೇ ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟ ಘಟನೆ ಉತ್ತರ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಕಾರವಾರ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಮಾಜಾಳಿ ದಾಂಡೇಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಿದೆ.

ಮೃತ ಯುವಕ ಅಕ್ಷಯ ಅನಿಲ ಮಾಜಾಳಿಕರ್ (24) ಎಂದು ಗುರುತಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಕಳೆದ ಕೆಲವು ದಿನಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಈತ ದೋಣಿ ಮೂಲಕ ಮೀನುಗಾರಿಕೆಗೆ ತೆರಳಿದ ವೇಳೆ, ನೀರಿನಿಂದ ಜಿಗಿದ ಸುಮಾರು 8-10 ಇಂಚು ಉದ್ದದ ಮೀನು ಅತನ ಹೊಟ್ಟೆಗೆ ಚುಚ್ಚಿ ಗಂಭೀರ ಗಾಯವಾಗಿತ್ತು.ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡ ಅತನಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಕಾರವಾರದ ಕ್ರಿಮ್ಸ್ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ವೈದ್ಯರು ಹೊಟ್ಟೆಯ ಗಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊಲಿಗೆ ಹಾಕಿ  ಡಿಸ್ಚಾರ್ಜ್ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ಆದರೆ ಮತ್ತೆ ನೋವು ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ಹಿನ್ನಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಕ್ಷಯ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದ್ದ‌. ಆದರೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಫಲಕಾರಿಯಾಗದೆ ಇಂದು ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾನೆ.

ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಕುಟುಂಬಸ್ಥರು ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ವೈದ್ಯರ ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯದಿಂದಲೇ ಯುವಕ ಸಾವನ್ನಪ್ಪಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.ಘಟನೆಯ ಬಳಿಕ ಯುವಕನ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯರು ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ಆಗಮಿಸಿ ಆಕ್ರೋಶ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Karwar: A tragic incident has been reported from Majali Dandebag in Karwar taluk, where a young fisherman succumbed to injuries after being pierced by a fish during a fishing trip.

The deceased has been identified as Akshay Anil Majalikar (24). A few days ago, Akshay had gone fishing on a boat when a fish measuring around 8–10 inches jumped out of the water and struck his abdomen, causing a severe injury. He was immediately rushed to Karwar’s KIMS Hospital, where doctors stitched the wound and later discharged him.

However, Akshay reportedly developed severe abdominal pain again and was readmitted to the hospital. Unfortunately, despite treatment, he passed away while undergoing care on Thursday.

Family members have accused the hospital doctors of negligence, claiming that Akshay’s death was due to improper treatment. Following the incident, relatives and locals gathered at the hospital and expressed outrage over the alleged negligence. Police rushed to the scene and brought the situation under control.
