ಗೋವಾ: ರಾಮನ ಪ್ರತಿಮೆ, ಥೀಮ್‌ ಪಾರ್ಕ್‌ ಹಾಗೂ ತ್ರಿಡಿ ಚಿತ್ರವು ಮಠಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊಸ ಆಯಾಮ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಅದು ಬರುವ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಗೆ ಜ್ಞಾನ, ಪ್ರೇರಣೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾಧನೆಯ ಸ್ಥಾಯಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರವಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆಯಲಿ, ಬರುವ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಗೆ ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮದ ಚೇತನ ನೀಡಲಿ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಹಾರೈಸಿದರು.
ಅವರು ಪರ್ತಗಾಳಿ ಜೋವೋತ್ತಮಠದಲ್ಲಿ ಶುಕ್ರವಾರ 77 ಅಡಿ ಎತ್ತರದ ರಾಮನ ಕಂಚಿನ ಮೂರ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಅನಾವರಣ ಮಾಡಿ, ಮಠದ 550 ನೇ ವರ್ಷದ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹೊರ ತಂದ ನಾಣ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಂಚೆ ಚೀಟಿ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.
ದೇಶ, ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಸವಾಲುಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಮಠವು ತನ್ನ ದಿಕ್ಕು ಬಿಡಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಬಿಡಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಮಠವು ಜನರಿಗೆ ದಿಕ್ಕು ತೋರಿಸುವ ಕೇಂದ್ರವಾಯಿತು. ಇದೇ ಮಠದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಗುರುತು. ಇತಿಹಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಡವಾಗಿಯೂ ಸಮಯದ ಜತೆ ಹೊರಟಿತು. ಮಠದ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಸಾಧನೆಯನ್ನು ಸೇವೆಯಿಂದ ಜೋಡಿಸುವುದು, ಪರಂಪರೆಯನ್ನು ಲೋಕ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣದ ಜತೆ ಜೋಡಿಸುವುದಾಗಿದೆ. ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮದ ಮೂಲ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಜೀವನಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ಥಿರತೆ, ಸಮತೋಲನ, ಮೌಲ್ಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಾಡುವುದಾಗಿದೆ. ಮಠದ 550 ವರ್ಷದ ಯಾತ್ರೇ ಸಮಾಜದವನ್ನು ಕಠಿನ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲೂ ಸಂಬಾಳಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಬಂತು ಎಂದು ಮಠದ ಇತಿಹಾಸ, ಪರಂಪರೆಯನ್ನು ಶ್ಲಾಘಿಸಿದರು.
ಮಠದ ಜೊತೆ ಜೋಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ಸಮಾಜದ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳು ಉತ್ಕೃಷ್ಟ ಜೀವನ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿವೆ. ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಎಲ್ಲ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಯಿಂದ ಗುರುತಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಇಂಥ ಪರಿವಾರಗಳ ಸಫಲಲತೆಗೆ ಮಠ ನೀಡಿದ ಸಂಸ್ಕಾರವೇ ಕಾರಣ. ಮಠವು ವಿನಮೃತೆ, ಸಂಸ್ಕಾರ, ಸೇವಾವವನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಮುಂದೆಯೂ ಮುಂದಿನ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಗೆ ಮಠವು ಇದೇ ರೀತಿ ಪ್ರೇರಣೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿರಲಿ.
ಸೇವಾ ಭಾವನೆ ಮಠದ ಗುರುತು. ಸಮಾಜದ ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಗಕ್ಕೂ ಮಠವು ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಕಷ್ಟಕರ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಬಂದಾಗ ಗೋವಾದ ಜನ ಬೇರೆಡೆ ಹೋಗಬೇಕಾಯಿತು. ಆಗ ಇದೇ ಮಠವು ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡಿತ್ತು. ಹೊಸ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಠ, ಮಂದಿರ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ ಮಾಡಿತ್ತು. ಮಠವು ಮಾನವತೆ, ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯ ರಕ್ಞಣೆ ಮಾಡಿತು. ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು, ಹಾಸ್ಟೆಲ್‌ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಜೊತೆಗೆ, ವೃದ್ಧರ ಸೇವೆಯ ಜೊತೆ ಲೋಕ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಅಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮ ಮತ್ತು ಸೇವೆ ಒಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಹೋದರೆ ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂದೆ ಹೋಗುವ ಶಕ್ತಿ ದೊರೆಯುತ್ತದೆ.
ಸಾಧು ಸಂತರ ಜತೆ ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದರಿಂದ ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಅನುಭವ ಉಂಟಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿದ ಭಕ್ತಗಣದ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯಿಂದ ಜೀವನದ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿದೆ. ನಾನು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತನಿರಲು ತುಂಬಾ ಭಾಗ್ಯವಂತ ಎಂದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ವೀರ ವಿಠಲ ರಾಮ ಮಂದಿರದ ಶಾಂತಿಯು ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ವಾತಾವರಣ ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕತೆಯನ್ನು ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿತು. ಮಠವು 550 ವರ್ಷ ಪೂರೈಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ಸನ್ನಿವೇಶವಾಗಿದೆ. ಎಂದ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರು,ವಿದ್ಯಾಧೀಶ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಗಳು, ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಎಲ್ಲ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಗಳಿಗೂ ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ಸಂದರ್ಭದ ಶುಭಾಶಯ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಯಾವುದೇ ಒಂದೇ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಸತ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಲ್ಲುತ್ತದೆಯೋ ಅದು ಸಮಯದ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗೆ ಹೆದರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.ಸಮಾಜ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯಲು ಮಠ ಹೊಸ ಅಧ್ಯಾಯ ಬರೆಯುತ್ತದೆ. ಪ್ರಭು ರಾಮನ 77 ರ ಅಡಿ ಎತ್ತರದ ರಾಮನ ಮೂರ್ತಿ ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಮೂರು ದಿನದ ಹಿಂದೆ ರಾಮ ಮಂದಿರದದಲ್ಲಿ ಧ್ವಜ ಹಾರಿಸಿದ್ದೆ ಎಂದು ನೆನಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಸಮಾಜವನ್ನು ಇಷ್ಟು ವರ್ಷದ ನಿರಂತರ ದ್ವೈತ ವೇದಾಂತ ಗುರು ಪರಂಪರೆಯಿಂದ ನಾರಾಯಣ ತೀರ್ಥರಿಂದ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿತವಾದ ಮೂಲ ಮಧ್ವಾಚಾರ್ಯರು ಮೂಲ ಶ್ರೋತ್ರುಗಳು. ಆಚಾರ್ಯರ ಪಾದಕ್ಕೆ ಪಾದಕ್ಕೆ ನಮಸ್ಕರಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಉಡುಪಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಪರ್ಯಗಾಳಿ ಎರಡೂ ಒಂದೇ ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಶಕ್ತಿಯ ಧಾರೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಭಾರತದ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ಕರಾವಳಿಗೆ ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಶಕ್ತಿ ನೀಡುವ ಕೇಂದ್ರವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ವಿಕಸಿತ ಭಾರತಕ್ಕೆ 9 ಸಂಕಲ್ಪ ಮಾಡಿ:
ವಿಕಸಿತ ಭಾರತ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪವು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಲು 9 ಸಂಕಲ್ಪ ಮಾಡಿ.ಸಂಸ್ಥಾನದಿಂದ ಜನ, ಜನರ ಈ ಎಲ್ಲ ವಿಚಾರಗಳನ್ನು ತಲುಪಿಸಿ ಎಂದು ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಈ ಭೂಮಿ ನಮ್ಮ ತಾಯಿ, ಮಠದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವು ನಮಗೆ ಪ್ರಕೃತಿಗೆ ಗೌರವ ಕೊಡುವುದನ್ನು ಕಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಪರಿಸರ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯನ್ನುಧರ್ಮ ಎಂದು ನಂಬಿ. ಜಲ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಿ, ನದಿ, ನೀರನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸುವ ಮೊದಲ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪ ಮಾಡಿ, “ತಾಯಿಯ ಹೆಸರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಗಿಡʼ ಎಂಬ ಅಭಿಯಾನ ದೇಶದೆಲ್ಲೆಡೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಗಿಡಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸಿ ಎಂಬುದು ಎರಡನೇ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪವಾಗಲಿ. ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಮೂರನೇ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪವಾಗಲಿ. ಪ್ರತಿ ಗಲ್ಲಿ, ಓಣಿ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛ ಇರುವಂತೆ ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ.
ಇಂದು ಭಾರತ ಸ್ವದೇಶಿ ಮಂತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂದೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ವೋಕಲ್‌ ಫಾರ್‌ ಲೋಕಲ್‌ ಎಂಬ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ, ಆತ್ಮ ನಿರ್ಭರ ಭಾರತ ಕಾರ್ಯದಿಂದ ಮುನ್ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಸ್ವದೇಶಿ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸುವುದನ್ನು ನಾಲ್ಕನೇ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪ ಮಾಡಿ. ದೇಶದ ವಿವಿಧೆಡೆ ದರ್ಶನ ಮಾಡಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಹತ್ವ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಿ ಎಂಬುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಐದನೇ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪವಾಗಬೇಕಿದೆ. ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ಕೃಷಿ ಮಾಡುವುದನ್ನು ಆರನೇ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪ ಮಾಡಿ. ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರ ಜೀವನ ಶೈಲಿ ರೂಢಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಏಳನೇ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪ ಮಾಡಿ. ಶ್ರೀ ಅನ್ನ ಮಿಲೆಟ್‌ ಬಳಸಿ, ಊಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಣ್ಣೆಯ ಬಳಕೆಯನ್ನು ಶೇ.10 ರಷ್ಟು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಎಂದು ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಯೋಗ ಮಾಡಿ, ಕ್ರೀಡೆಯ ಜೀವನ ಶೈಲಿಯ ಎಂಟನೇ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪ ಮಾಡಿ. ಒಬ್ಬರು ಒಂದು ಬಡ ಕುಟುಂಬವನ್ನು ದತ್ತು ಪಡೆದರೂ ಇಡೀ ಭಾರತ ವಿಕಸಿತವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಬಡವರ ಸೇವೆಯ ಒಂಭತ್ತನೇ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪ ಮಾಡಿ ಎಂದು ಮೋದಿ ಅವರು ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿರು.
ಹಲವು ದಾಳಿಗಳ ಬಳಿಕವೂ ಗೋವಾ ತನ್ನ ಮೂಲ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯನ್ನು ಜೀವಂತ ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಿರುವುದು ವಿಶೇಷ ಎಂದರು. ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶ ಇಂದು ಹೊಸ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ, ಪಾರಂಪರಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪುನರುಜ್ಜೀವನ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಮುನ್ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಕಾಶಿ ವಿಶ್ವನಾಥ , ಉಜ್ಜಯನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಾಕಾಲರುದ್ರ ಮಂದಿರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸ ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಜಾಗೃತಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ. ರಾಮಾಯಣ ಸರ್ಕೀಟ್‌, ಮಹಾಭಾರತ ಸರ್ಕೀಟ್‌ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಕುಂಭ ಮೇಳದ ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಗುರುತನ್ನು ಹೊಸ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪ, ವಿಶ್ವಾಸದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮುಂದುವರಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಗೋವಾದ ಪವಿತ್ರ ಭೂಮಿಯ ವಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಇದೆ. ಈ ಭೂಮಿ ಪ್ರಾಕೃತಿಕ ಸೌಂದರ್ಯದ ಜತೆ ಪರ್ಯಗಾಳಿ ಮಠ ಈ ಗುರುತನ್ನು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಆಳವಾಗಿ ಕೊಂಡೊಯ್ದಿದೆ. ಕಾಶಿಯ ಪವಿತ್ರ ಭೂಮಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಜೋಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಕಾಶಿಯಲ್ಲೂ ಮಠದ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ದಕ್ಷಿಣದಿಂದ ಉತ್ತರದವರೆಗೂ ಹೋಯಿತು. ಇತಿಹಾಸದ ನೆನಪು ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ದಿಕ್ಕನ್ನು ತಯಾರು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಏಕತೆಯಿಂದ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಯಾತ್ರೆ ಶುರುವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಸಂಸ್ಥಾನದ ಧ್ಯೇಯ ಜನರನ್ನು ಜೋಡಿಸುವುದು ಎಂದರು.
ಪರಂಪರೆ ಜೀವಿತವಿದ್ದರೆ ಸಮಾಜದ ಜೀವಿತವೀರುತ್ತದೆ. ಸಮಯದ ಜತೆ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿದರೆ ಸಮಾಜ ಜೀವಿತವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಗೋವಾದ ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಗೌರವ ವಿಶಿಷ್ಟವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ದೇಶ್ಕೆ ಗೋವಾದ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ದೊಡ್ಡದಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೇಂದ್ರ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳು ಸೇರಿ ಗೋವಾ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಹೆದ್ದಾರಿ ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣಗಳಾಗುತ್ತಿವೆ.ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸ, ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಸೇವೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಒಟ್ಟಿಗೇ ಹೋದರೆ ವಿಕಸಿದ ಭಾರತದ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪ ಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಮಠವು ಅದೇ ದಿಕ್ಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಅವರಿಗೆ ಆಭಾರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಏಕಾದಶಿ ಉಪವಾಸ ಮಾಡಿ
ವಿದ್ಯಾಧೀಶ ಶ್ರೀಪಾದ ವಡೇರ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿ ಅವರು ಆಶೀರ್ವಚನ ನೀಡಿ, ಮೋದಿ ಅವರು ಚಾತುರ್ಮಾಸ್ಯ, ನವರಾತ್ರಿ ವೃತ ಮಾಡಿ ದೇಶದ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಮಾದರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. 2047 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತ ವಿಕಸಿತವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಏಕಾದಶಿ ಉಪವಾಸ ಮಾಡಿ ಎಂದು ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಮೋದಿ ಅವರು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಆಗುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಗೋವಾದಲ್ಲೇ ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿ ಘೋಷಣೆಯಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಮೋದಿ ಅವರ ಸಾಧನೆಯ ಹಿಂದೆ ಅವರ ತಾಯಿ ಹೀರಾಬೆನ್‌ ಮೋದಿಜಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲುತ್ತದೆ. ಅವರು ವಜೃದಂಥ ಪುತ್ರನನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರು ಧರ್ಮ ಪುತ್ರನನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರ ವಜ್ರದಂತೆ ಪ್ರಕಾಶಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಭಾರತವೂ ಪ್ರಕಾಶಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ದುರ್ಯೋಧನ, ಯುಧಿಷ್ಠಿರ ಹಾಗೂ ಶ್ರೀ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಮಹಾಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ದುರ್ಯೋಧನ ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ತನ್ನ ಬಗ್ಗೆಯೇ ಯೋಚಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ. ಯುದಿಷ್ಠಿರ ತನ್ನ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯೋಜಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ. ಶ್ರೀ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಇಡೀ ವಿಶ್ವದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯೋಜಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ. ಆದರೆ, ಭಾರತದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವ ಹಲವರಿಗೆ ಶ್ರೀ ಕೃಷ್ಣನಾಗಿ ಪಾಠ ಕಲಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಮೋದಿ ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಪ್ರಭು ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಮನ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದವಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಕಾರ್ಯದಿಂದ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರು ಸಾಬೀತು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಒಂದು ಕಾಲವಿತ್ತು ಚಹಾ ಮಾರಿ ಜೀವನ ನಡೆಸಬೇಕಿತ್ತು. ಈಗ ಯಾವಾಗ ಚಹಾ ಕುಡಿಯಬೇಕಾದರೂ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರ ಬಗ್ಗೆಯೇ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಮಧ್ವಾಚಾರ್ಯರ ದ್ವೈತ ಸಿದ್ಧಾಂತವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಚಾರ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ. ವಾರಣಾಸಿ ಮಂದಿರದ ಪೂಜಾರಿಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಆದರ, ಪ್ರೇಮ ತೋರಿಸಿದರು. ಸಬ್‌ ಕಾ ಸಾಥ್‌ ಗೋವಾ ಪರ್ತಗಾಳಿ ಅವರ ಬೆಂಬಲ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ರಾಮ ಪ್ರತಿಮೆ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ರಾಮ ಪ್ರತಿಮೆ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಯಾದ ಕಾರಣ ವಿಕಾಸವಾದಾಗ ಜನರ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತದೆ. ಜನರ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿದಂತೆ ನಾವು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ವಿಕಸಿತ ಭಾರತ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಭು ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಮ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದ ನೀಡಲಿ ಎಂದು ಹಾರೈಸಿದರು.
ಗೋವಾ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಡಾ.ಪ್ರಮೋದ ಸಾವಂತ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಗೋವಾ ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ನೆಲ. ಅದನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿನ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಗೆ ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುವ ಪರ್ತಗಾಳಿ ದೇಶದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪ್ರವಾಸೋದ್ಯಮ ತಾಣವಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಗೋವಾ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಪ್ರವಾಸೋದ್ಯಮಕ್ಕೆ ಇದು ನಾಂದಿಯಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಹಿಂದೆ ಗೋವಾ ಆಳಿದ ಹಲವರು ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಸನಾತನ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಗೆ ಹಾನಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಯತ್ನಿಸಿದರು. ಅಂಥ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ಉಳಿಸಲು ಪರ್ತಗಾಳಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ವಿವಿಧ ಮಠಗಳ ಕಾರ್ಯ ದೊಡ್ಡದಿದೆ. ಅಖಂಡ ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಪರಂಪರೆ ಉಳಿಸಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂದರು. 550 ಕೋಟಿ ರಾಮ ಜಪ ಮಾಡಿದ ಭಕ್ತರಿಗೆ ಆಭಾರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
ಟೆಂಪಲ್‌ ಟೂರಿಸಂ, ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ, ಸಪ್ತ ಕೋಟೇಶ್ವರ, ಕೋಟಿ ತೀರ್ಥ ಕಾರಿಡಾರ್‌ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಡಬಲ್‌ ಇಂಜಿನ್‌ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಮೂಲ ಸೌಕರ್ಯ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಜತೆ ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

Goa: The statue of Lord Rama, the theme park, and the 3D representation have given the monastery a new dimension. Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his wish that the monastery should grow into a permanent center of knowledge, inspiration, and achievement for future generations, and serve as a beacon of spiritual awareness.
On Friday, at the Partagali Jovatta Math, he unveiled the 77-feet tall bronze statue of Lord Rama and released a commemorative coin and postage stamp brought out by the Union Government to mark the 550th anniversary of the monastery.
Despite various challenges, the monastery never strayed from its direction or purpose. It became a guiding center for the people—this is the true identity of the monastery. It moved with time without losing its roots. The monastery’s aim has always been to combine achievement with service, and tradition with the welfare of society. The core purpose of spirituality is to bring stability, balance, and values to life. The 550-year journey of the monastery has stood firmly even during tough times, he said, praising its history and legacy.
Families associated with the monastery have lived exemplary lives. They have achieved recognition in business, education, and various other fields. Their success is the result of the values imparted by the monastery. The monastery teaches humility, culture, and service. Let the coming generations continue to draw inspiration from it, he added.
Service is the hallmark of the monastery. It has supported every section of society. During difficult times when people of Goa had to migrate, the monastery provided them support and established temples and centers in new locations. The monastery has protected humanity and culture while running educational institutions, hostels, and services for the elderly along with welfare activities. When spirituality and service come together, society gains strength to move forward.
Sitting with saints brings spiritual experience. The prayers of the devotees gathered here have increased the strength of life. I consider myself fortunate to be here among you. The serenity of the Veer Vittal Rama temple and the spiritual atmosphere strengthened the experience. The 550th anniversary of the monastery is a historic milestone, he said, congratulating Vidyadhish Swami and all the monks.
Any institution that stands on the foundation of truth and service does not fear the changing times. To ensure society marches correctly, monasteries write new chapters. I inaugurated the 77-foot statue of Lord Rama here. Three days ago, I hoisted a flag at the Ram Temple, he recalled. Society has been guided for generations by the Dvaita Vedanta lineage established by Narayana Teertha based on the teachings of Madhvacharya. I bow at the feet of all the gurus. Udupi and Partagali are part of the same spiritual stream, providing spiritual strength to India’s western coast, he added.

Practice natural farming.Adopt a healthy lifestyle—use millets and reduce oil consumption by 10%. Practice yoga and embrace sports. Adopt one poor family—if each person does this, India will develop faster.
Despite many invasions, Goa has preserved its ancient culture, which is remarkable. India is now reviving cultural and traditional heritage. Kashi Vishwanath and Mahakal temples have been redeveloped, creating a new spiritual wave. The Ramayana and Mahabharata circuits are being developed. The grand success of the Kumbh Mela is carrying forward India’s cultural identity with new commitment and confidence.
Goa has unique spiritual energy. Its natural beauty, along with the Partagali Math, deepens this identity. It is also connected with the sacred city of Kashi, where the monastery has begun a center. From south to north, the monastery’s contributions have spread. History guides the creation of the future. Unity will shape the future journey, he said. The mission of the monastery is to bring people together.
When tradition is alive, society thrives. Responsibility must grow with time to keep society strong. Goa’s spiritual heritage is unique. Goa has made significant contributions in education and nation-building. The center and state governments are working together to develop Goa. Highways and airports are being built. When confidence, spirituality, national service, and development go hand in hand, the dream of a developed India becomes reality. This monastery is moving in that direction, and I am grateful to it, Modi said.
Observe Ekadashi Fast, Says Swamiji
Vidyadhish Sripad Wader Swamiji blessed the gathering and said that Modi has set an example by observing Chaturmasya and Navaratri fasts. He urged everyone to observe fasting on Ekadashi for India to become a developed nation by 2047. Goa was the first place where it was proclaimed that Modi would become Prime Minister, he noted. Modi’s accomplishments are attributed to his mother Hiraben whose blessings shaped him. His brilliance reflects on India as well.
He recalled the lessons from Mahabharata—while Duryodhana thought only about himself, Yudhishthira thought of his family, and Sri Krishna planned for the entire world. Similarly, Modi teaches lessons to those who act against India, he said.
Modi has proved through his actions that he has the blessings of Lord Ram. From selling tea to becoming a global leader, today wherever we drink tea, we talk about Modi, he remarked. The monastery propagates Madhvacharya’s Dvaita philosophy. Modi showed love and respect for the priests at the Varanasi temple. With everyone’s support, the Ram statue has been established. When development happens, people’s faith increases, and with increased faith, we can work even more. May Lord Rama bless Modi in his mission to build a developed India.
Goa Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant said Goa is a spiritual land and Partagali will become a major tourism destination in the country. This event marks the beginning of spiritual tourism in Goa.
Many past rulers tried to destroy the Sanatana culture of Goa, but monasteries like Partagali protected it. The Swamijis preserved the unbroken spiritual heritage, he said, congratulating them. He also thanked the devotees who chanted Rama’s name 550 crores times.
He said the government is developing temple tourism, spiritual circuits, and the Sapta Koteeshwara and Koti Teertha corridors. Through double-engine governance, both infrastructure and spiritual development are being achieved.
Sri Srinivas Dempo, President of the Monastery Central Committee, welcomed the gathering. Governor of Goa Pusapati Ashok Gajapathi Raju, Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant, Union Minister Shripad Naik, and Goa ministers Digambar Kamat, Ramesh Tawadkar, and R.R. Kamat were present on stage.
