ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ: ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಮೂಡಲಗಿ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಕಮಲದಿನ್ನಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಮನ ಕಲುಕುವ ಘಟನೆ ಬೆಳಕಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಮದುವೆಯಾದ ಯುವತಿ ಕೊಲೆಯಾದ ಘಟನೆ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಆಘಾತ ಮೂಡಿಸಿದೆ.

ಮೃತ ಮಹಿಳೆಯನ್ನ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಆಕಾಶ್ ಕಂಬಾರ (20) ಎಂದು ಗುರುತಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೇವಲ ನಾಲ್ಕು ತಿಂಗಳ ಹಿಂದಷ್ಟೇ ಆಕಾಶ್ ಕಂಬಾರ ಎಂಬಾತನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯ ಮದುವೆ ನಡೆದಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ವೈವಾಹಿಕ ಜೀವನದ ಕೆಲವೇ ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರೂರ ಅಂತ್ಯ ಕಂಡಿದೆ.

ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಮೂಲಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಪತಿ ಆಕಾಶ್ ಕಂಬಾರ ಕಳೆದ ಮೂರು ದಿನಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯನ್ನು ಕೊಲೆಮಾಡಿ, ಹೆಣವನ್ನು ಬೆಡ್ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಅಡಗಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಬಳಿಕ ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಸ್ವಿಚ್ ಆಫ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಪರಾರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.

ಘಟನೆಯು ಬೆಳಕಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದು ಊರಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದ ಅತ್ತೆ ಮನೆಗೆ ಮರಳಿದಾಗ. ಮನೆಯೊಳಗೆ ದುರ್ವಾಸನೆ ಬಂದು ಶಂಕೆಗೊಂಡ ಅವರು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿದಾಗ ಈ ಭೀಕರ ಸತ್ಯ ಬೆಳಕಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ.

ಮಾಹಿತಿ ತಿಳಿಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆಯೇ ಮೂಡಲಗಿ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಹಾಗೂ ಗೋಕಾಕ ಡಿವೈಎಸ್‌ಪಿ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು. ಕೊಲೆಗೆ ನಿಖರ ಕಾರಣ ಇನ್ನೂ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಮೃತ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯ ಕುಟುಂಬಸ್ಥರು ವರದಕ್ಷಿಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಕಿರುಕುಳ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೆಂದು ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ್ ಶ್ರೀಶೈಲ್ ಗುಡಮೆ ಅವರ ಮುಂದೆ ಆರೋಪ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದ್ದು ತನಿಖೆ ಮುಂದುವರಿದಿದೆ.

Belagavi: A heart-wrenching incident has come to light from Kamaladinni village in Moodalgi taluk, where a newly married woman was found murdered, sending shockwaves through the local community.

The deceased has been identified as Sakshi Akash Kambar (20). Sakshi had married Akash Kambar just four months ago, but her married life came to a tragic and brutal end within a short span.

According to police sources, Akash allegedly killed his wife Sakshi three days ago and hid her body under the bed before switching off his mobile phone and fleeing the scene.

The shocking crime came to light when Akash’s mother, who had gone to their native village, returned home and noticed a foul smell. Upon checking, she discovered the gruesome truth.

Moodalgi police and Gokak DySP visited the spot and conducted an investigation. The exact motive behind the murder is yet to be determined. However, the victim’s family has alleged before Tahsildar Shrishail Gudame that Sakshi was being harassed for dowry.

A case has been registered at the local police station, and further investigation is underway.
