ಬೆಳ್ತಂಗಡಿ : ಸೌಜನ್ಯ ಪರ ಹೋರಾಟಗಾರ ಮಹೇಶ್ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ತಿಮರೋಡಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷದ ಅವಧಿಗೆ ರಾಯಚೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಮಾನ್ವಿಗೆ ಗಡಿಪಾರು ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಕಚೇರಿಯಿಂದ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಪುತ್ತೂರು ಸಹಾಯಕ ಆಯುಕ್ತೆ ಸ್ಟೆಲ್ಲಾ ವರ್ಗೀಸ್ ಅವರು ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದ್ದು, ತಿಮರೋಡಿ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಒಟ್ಟು 32 ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ದಾಖಲಾಗಿರುವ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾನೂನು ಸುವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಕಾಪಾಡುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಈ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಮಹೇಶ್ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ತಿಮರೋಡಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಬೆಳ್ತಂಗಡಿಯಿಂದ ರಾಯಚೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಮಾನ್ವಿಗೆ ಸ್ಥಳಾಂತರಿಸಲು ಪೊಲೀಸರಿಗೆ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಈ ಕ್ರಮದಿಂದ ಬೆಳ್ತಂಗಡಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತಲಿನ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾನೂನು ಸುವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಕಾಯುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಕ್ರಮ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ.
Soujanya Case Activist Mahesh Shetty Timarodi Externed to Raichur for One Year
Belthangady: In a major development aimed at maintaining law and order, Soujanya case activist Mahesh Shetty Timarodi has been externed from Dakshina Kannada district for a period of one year. He has been directed to move to Manvi in Raichur district immediately.
The order was issued by Puttur Assistant Commissioner Stella Varghese on the instructions of the Dakshina Kannada Deputy Commissioner’s office. Officials stated that this action was taken due to the 32 cases registered against Timarodi, citing the need to prevent any potential disturbances in the region.
Police have been instructed to ensure Timarodi’s immediate relocation to Manvi.
Authorities said the decision was made to safeguard public safety and maintain peace and order in Belthangady and surrounding areas.
