ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ಲೋಪ ಆರೋಪ ಪ್ರೌಢ ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಅಮಾನತು

ಮುಂಡಗೋಡ: ಚಿಗಳ್ಳಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲೆಯ ಸಹಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ದಾಸಪ್ಪ ಎ. ಅವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕೇಳಿಬಂದ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ಲೋಪ ಆರೋಪ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಅವರನ್ನು  ಕರ್ತವ್ಯದಿಂದ ಅಮಾನತು ಮಾಡಿ ಡಿಡಿಪಿಐ ಡಿ.ಆರ್. ನಾಯ್ಕ ಆದೇಶ‌ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಕೆಲವು ಮಹಿಳಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿಯರು ದಾಸಪ್ಪರ ವರ್ತನೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಆಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ದೂರು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿ ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಮಹಿಳಾ ದೌರ್ಜನ್ಯ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನೂ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದರು ಎಂದು ಮೂಲಗಳು ತಿಳಿಸಿವೆ. ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿಯಾಗಿ, ಶಾಲಾ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ಸಮಿತಿ (SDMC) ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಸಂತೋಷ ಚಿಗಳ್ಳಿಯವರು ದಾಸಪ್ಪರಿಂದ ಕೊಲೆ ಬೆದರಿಕೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಪೊಲೀಸರಿಗೆ ದೂರು ನೀಡಿದ್ದರು

ಘಟನೆಯ ನಂತರ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಗ್ರಾಮಸ್ಥರೂ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕನ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದು,ಶಿಕ್ಷಕನ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಒಂದಾದ ಮೇಲೊಂದಾಗಿ ಬಂದ ದೂರುಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿದ ಬಳಿ ಅಮಾನತ್ತು ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಇದೇ ವೇಳೆ, ಅಮಾನತ್ತುಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ದಾಸಪ್ಪ ಎ. ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲಿನ ಆರೋಪಗಳನ್ನು ತಳ್ಳಿಹಾಕಿ, SDMC ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಹಾಗೂ ಕೆಲವು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿಯರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ಜಾತಿ ನಿಂದನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರೆಂದು ಪ್ರತಿದೂರು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ.

Mundgod:Assistant teacher Dasappa A. of Chigalli Government High School has been suspended from duty following allegations of dereliction of duty. The suspension order was issued by DDPI D.R. Naik.

A few female teachers working in the school had filed a complaint with the Women’s Commission regarding Dasappa’s behaviour. Sources revealed that the police had also recently registered a case related to women harassment in connection with the issue. Additionally, SDMC President Santosh Chigalli had filed a complaint with the police alleging that Dasappa had issued death threats to him.

Following these incidents, local villagers staged a protest against the teacher and submitted a petition demanding strict action. After reviewing the series of complaints, authorities decided to suspend the teacher.

Meanwhile, the suspended teacher Dasappa A. has denied all allegations and has in turn filed a counter-complaint alleging that the SDMC president and a few teachers had used casteist slurs against him.
