ಅಂಕೋಲಾ:ಚಾಲಕನ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ತಪ್ಪಿದ ಕೆಎಸ್‌ಆರ್‌ಟಿಸಿ ಬಸ್ ಪಲ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಬಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದ 20ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಮಂದಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರು ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಘಟನೆ ಉತ್ತರ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಅಂಕೋಲಾ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ವಜ್ರಳ್ಳಿ ಬಳಿ ನವಮಿ ಹೊಟೇಲ್ ಬಳಿ ನಡೆದಿದೆ
ಈ ಬಸ್ ರಾಯಚೂರಿಂದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಹೆದ್ದಾರಿ–63ರ ಯಲ್ಲಾಪುರ ಮಾರ್ಗವಾಗಿ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಾರವಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುತ್ತಿತ್ತುಉ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ.ಈ ವೇಳೆ ವಜ್ರಳ್ಳಿ ಸಮೀಪ ನವಮಿ ಹೊಟೇಲ್ ಬಳಿ ಬಸ್ ಪಲ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಬಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರಲ್ಲಿ 20ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಮಂದಿಗಾಯಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇನ್ನೂ ಇಬ್ಬರ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿದೆ. ಗಾಯಾಳುಗಳನ್ನ ಅಂಕೋಲಾ ಸರಕಾರಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ರವಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಅಪಘಾತ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಅಂಕೋಲಾ ಹಾಗೂ ಯಲ್ಲಾಪುರ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯರ ಸಹಕಾರದೊಂದಿದೆ ಗಾಯಾಳುಗಳನ್ನ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ಸಾಗಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಕರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಂಕೋಲಾ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣಾ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಘಟನೆ ನಡೆದಿದೆ.
Ankola: A KSRTC bus overturned after the driver reportedly lost control, leaving more than 20 passengers injured near Navami Hotel at Vajralli in Ankola taluk of Uttara Kannada district.
The bus was travelling from Raichur towards Karwar via Yellapur on National Highway-63. Near Navami Hotel at Vajralli, the bus overturned, causing injuries to over 20 passengers. The condition of two passengers is said to be critical. The injured have been shifted to Ankola Government Hospital.
Police teams from Ankola and Yellapur rushed to the spot and, with the help of locals, assisted in shifting the injured to the hospital. The incident occurred within the jurisdiction of Ankola Police Station.
